A well-preserved tomb with a cave-like shape. There is a relatively high, well-distinguished entrance, where the groove for a closing plate is visible. It is easily accessible. It is in the same Mazhentsi village where the first archaeological trail in Bulgaria is located, and where rock formations, wells, Thracian tombs and sacrificial places not only have historical importance but are considered monuments if nature. Following the path and only a few kilometers away, tourists can see archaeological monuments of the Eneolithic, Bronze Age and Middle Ages. The Rock tomb, located near Mazhentsi village, provides indisputable evidence of the presence of Thracian tribes in the area at the end of the second millennium BC.
