Thracian Memorial Complex. Chapel "Petka Bulgarian"

Location: Madzharovo - 2 km away to the Northeast from the city center close to the Conservation Center "Eastern Rhodopes." Declared to be a historical monument of local importance. It was built in memory of those killed near the village Yatadzhik (today Madjarovo) refugees from the largest massacre of Bulgarians in Eastern Thrace in 1913. On the initiative of local Thracian associations in 1928 for the first time was organized a pilgrimage to the place of execution, has become a tradition to this day. Later in 1948, the Pantheon was built, where the found bones were placed.
