These are remains of a Thracian fortress and a sanctuary, approximately 1.6 kilometres south of Dzenda, in the Kaleto area. The castle was situated on a high mountain ledge built of stacked stones without mortar. The fortification was naturally protected by steep cliffs, while the most accessible part (the southwest) was protected by a stone wall. Cuts such as trapezoidal niches , grooves, slits, semicircles, etc were found on the rock on which the castle was situated. Under the castle, there is a large rock shaped like a giant mushroom, on which there are also a number of different niches.A great panorama unfolds from the place.
Below the castle, near the well-preserved century-old oak tree, there is a tomb (a symbolic grave of a Muslim saint), near which a big annual summer festival is held.
There is another fortress called "Biyuk Kaya" near Dzhenda village. It is located 2.29 km southeast of the village and can be reached when from “Ezer Kaya" Fort one follows the path that runs along the ridge. The site is with altitude - 549 meters and GPS coordinates - 41 ° 45"42 "N and 25 ° 12"01 "E
